BINDING QUESTION
Should my breasts/nipples be pointing forward or down when my binder is on?
Binder sizing question
Hey, I'm a non binary identifying person. I'm worried my binder is the wrong size or doesn't fit me correctly. I've seen pictures of other people wearing binders and videos with people who aren't cisgender, some of whom have larger chests and their binders fit them well. Mine pushes my chest up such that I can't wear a shirt with a collar that isn't above my collarbones and it pushes some outwards, under my armpit. I get that it might just be the way a binder fits me, but on the off chance it's a sizing issue, I figure I'd ask you guys. Thanks so much for your help.
Hey so super tmi here but I have a very large chest (42DD) and I bind. I don’t go out very often because I don’t have a life so I don’t wear my binder every day (I would but I have anxiety about getting hurt), only when I go to town. Even then, when I wear my binder for any longer than a few hours I get shoulder/back/neck pain. It happens in a regular bra too because of my chest (I’ll take back issues and inescapable gender dysphoria, John) but not as often. I also sometimes have trouble breathing but not always. Basically, should I be worried? I’m going to be starting school again this year and I’m not out to my family and definitely not my small Christian town, and I don’t want to walk around with some anime bahonkers because I can’t wear my binder. That’d kill me.
Like... is it normal for the chest area below my collar bone to stick out more than the tissue across the fullest part of my chest? It feels like its all being pushed up no matter how I arrange things.
Maybe I have the wrong-sized chest binder after all...
do I email gc2b?

Binding Question
So I know it’s a “rule” that you should only bind for 8-12 hours a day. How long a break do you need in between putting it back on though? If I wear it for like 7 hours and take it off for like 45 minutes is it okay to put it back on again? Does it reset that time thing or should you add to what you have already worn? Sincerely, A human that doesn’t want any injuries
Y'know, I'm not exactly sure if I'm just doing it wrong or if it's because I'm fat, but the gc2b size chart is really confusing me. I ordered a 3xl from them in April I think, and since then have lost 50lbs. When I bought it, the 3xl fit like a glove. Now the 3xl binds me about as well as my cheap sports bras I sleep in. I have another binder someone gave to me that's a 2xl that since losing weight has become increasingly more loose. From experience, I should be wearing an xl, if not a large. According to the sizing chart, I should order another 3xl. What?
Can anyone tell me some safety tips to binding and the risks and if it's safe to bind with an Underworld compression shirt and how long is "prolonged use" anyway? I'm starting to get anxious about binding.
