Bioblade exploration.
An ophthalmory. Titanic kindred to the ocelloids which adorn the spine of my suit. I fondly recall a number of similar growths - carefully cultivated by stratal breeders - adorning the endodermis of the Seal. The prophetic ability of such investments were always kept out of reach of academy spawn. Despite my best efforts. Divination belonged to the realm of house leaders, knights, and the patrons of either.
This recalcitrant orbit belonged to no echelon. No sealknights guarded the surrounding diverticulum. The cornea, half-lidded beneath the encroaching strata, recorded its ages in deep scratches. Some wounds cut as as deep as my blade was wide. Fluid clouded the receptors beneath, but perhaps there was some prophecy that could yet be gleaned.

As always, experimenting.
Experiments.
Implied follow-up to other, less civilized events.
Hello, I adore your Bioblade project! The concept is amazing, have you thought of how the world works? Like since everything is organic, it gives so much ability to think about all the possibilities! Anyways your art and ideas are stellar!
Thank you, and yes! If you'll permit to indulge a bit:
The world of Bioblade is itself its a living creature, with geological and floral features being wholly replaced by faunal and organic variety. Bones serve as tectonic plates, anchored to which are layers of flesh that take the place of dirt, and (comparatively) smaller growths and organelles taking the place of environmental features on top of those. Life exists within the internal cavities of this world; many large enough to sustain whole weather patterns beneath their ceilings. A mountain ridge would be the crest of a spine, the swampy caves beneath it developing into a caustic intestinal tract, and eventually empty into a gastric ocean sporting cilial hairs along its shores. 'Trees' of bronchioli might form pulmonary forests that usher air to buried organisms, or even to entire other cavities.
Titanic shivers take the place of earthquakes, and the contraction and expansion of the world's flesh dictate 'seasons'. Time is tracked by measuring the Vein - an ambient source of heat and energy that ebbs and flows in similar nature to a star, but as Bioblade exists within the cavities of a living world, there is no ambient light.
The people of Bioblade are hardly more than microbes, in a relative sense. Architecture is a matter of growing and cultivation rather than construction. Civilization is found with hermetically sealed cities called, well, Seals. Even the most wayward of people rally to migrant microcosms of the Seals; houses of secure bone and flesh that crawl across the world on beds of microbe colonies.
Thanks again, and I hope you enjoy the (slow but eventual) exploration of all these ideas!
“My friend - what have you done? What have you become?”
"Serotonic, melatonic, epinelixir, adrenal powder, 'tryp, zydrate - an extractor can provide for you many things, but loyalty is not among them. Extractors have no friends and no allies, even among their own kind. Yet this one stayed to listen. To you. Consider well what you do with that influence, Wanderer.”
