Exam Tips
I hate exam week, especially cause I got stress but at the same time I have some tips I can share. Usually I start to organize 2 weeks in advance so I can focus in each subject and see in which I need more attention.
I tell my students to dont stress ( I know it doesnt work) but I always tell them to have a schedule of their day and always have 1 hour of relaxation between subjetcs so they dont get all confuse but also to have a chocolate or a candy between each topic so they can feel better.
Always have water nearby cause you need to stay hidrated and think better, remember your brain and body need alot of water so you dont get out of track. Another tip is, study with music, it may distract you a bit but also you can remember some stuff when you think on the song you were hearing on that moment.
Finally you must remember, a grade doesnt determine your knowledge and keep going forward to achieve your goals, never surrender, wish me luck the next week exams are coming
