I'm no expert at airplanes and airports and all that, but from what I understand birds are somehwat problematic but despite every measure taken they still exist.

Tell me if I'm ignorant but has no one tried to grab the attention of the birds somewhere far from the runways but still close enough to the airport to attract the birds?

It's not like your going to get rid of them so might as well gather them somewhere you'd rather have them be right?
