Inktober Day 17: Ornament
"He Placed An Ornament On His Friend's Perch In Celebration Of Their Friendship Day"
I was originally gonna draw a more arachnid, beaked creature, but once I started drawing the head, I changed my mind. Then as I made him kinda crazy looking, I thought about the intentions behind his actions. Then I made a little backstory for him. 😂
Every Halloween, a family puts random decorations around their house. Including the fence posts, barbed wire, and large bird perch. This big bird passes by this area around that time of year, so he rests on the perch. He once met a raven who sat on the barbed wire. Their day of meeting was on Halloween. So now they call it their "Friendship Day". And since the large anthro bird always comes before the raven, he likes to put at least one decoration on his friend's perch.
This is kinda wholesome, in my opinion. I also made all that up while being half asleep, lmao. That could explain some things, maybe. Maybe not.
New perch for the fiddos! You can see Henry way down on the right - the perch is currently categorized as "predator" but he'll come around when he sees it doesn't move.

I love "product images". Who tf is keeping blue jays and blue birds, and where do they live? Because it's illegal where I live. (Joking. Wild animals DO NOT make good pets. I even question keeping skunks. De-scented or not.)
