hi everyone. i'm fundraising to move myself out of Georgia and into a more stable position with a partner in Philly, right after having a major surgery and suddenly losing my income.

two weeks ago, i was abruptly pushed out of my job of 9 years directly after being promised a promotion. the way it happened blindsided even my managers, and i won't go into details, but i have no income with no warning.

recovering from surgery means i don't have the ability to move out of my apartment on my own. without enough income to cover rent + bills + moving expenses, i'd be incredibly grateful for sharing this around or donating. more info is on the gofundme page.

Not a robotgirl but a synthoidgirl. I have the same body as any human, same muscles and bones and skin and mind. but these parts are built of carbon and steel and titanium and silicon. I was built and programmed to blend in with humanity, but sometimes my mask slips. I make a slip up and suddenly everyone feels uncomfortable around me for reasons they and I can’t explain. I’m always teetering on the edge of the uncanny valley and I don’t know why. In some ways I’m superior to those around me, in some ways inferior. Just somehow… different.

Bird imagery on a character, but instead of a crow or a canary it’s those fancy bird breeds.

(Though some can be healthy, I’m talking about those that can’t survive without human intervention.)

Characters that want to be free, however any chances they take always ends up with them more hurt in the long run. Characters that were born into a life that they don’t belong in but can’t survive any other way, or born body that is too frail for them to live like they need to. Characters whose guardians have sabotaged any chance of a long and healthy life.
