We're raising our voice for Cascade-Siskiyou National Monument, one of the National Monuments that may shrink if Interior Department recommendations are enacted. The Northern Spotted Owl -- a bird listed under the Endangered Species Act -- would be one of the big losers in this decision. “Reducing protection of the owl's habitat in Oregon and California is a sure way to reduce the population of this threatened species,” says ABC's Steve Holmer.
