- Lisa is a tease, those from the city of Mondstadt knew that, and those who were not would quickly learn that. This was simply her way of interaction
- It was worse with those she held much closer, personal, however. Feather light touches that grazed a little too long, whispers a little too sultry, she just loves to see how quickly she could get you to become a mess
- You'd think that eventually your reactions would get less intense the longer you spent time with her, instead you just end up getting used to how hot your skin flushes
- And to bring a container for water whenever you visit the library
- You learn to get used to her actions though, just a little, what with it being a constant whenever the two of you would see other
- So when you walk into the library on a free day and see her cheery smile, you don't think too much on it and simply return it with one of your own
- Like clockwork, Lisa's steps round the corner while you're browsing the large bookshelf in front of you, trying to keep a title on the front of your mind while her hand brushed around your waist
- "Looking for something, dear?"
- You have to take a deep breathe for a second when she whispers the words to you, her breath against the shell of your ear helping it warm up with your cheeks
- Disguising the exhale you let out to be one of mild frustration as you describe what you're looking for
- The librarian lets out a sweet hum of thought, tapping her chin as the fingers around your waist moved to trace circles on the small of your back
- Next she's leading you a little further back in the library, saying that she recalls having stored a book of your description, but leaves you before the path into the aisle, something about how she had to check on something real quick
- "I'll be just a moment, cutie"
- You consider waiting for her before deciding to step in and begin your search, scanning the rows of shelves from top to bottom as best as you can
- Just as you're about to start on another section, Lisa's front presses against your back, pushing you closer against the wood, as she reaches above you and slips out the book you've been looking for
- "Here, let me help you"
- You barely suppress the shiver climbing up your spine as Lisa hands you the book, gripping it tightly between your fingers as you thank her
- You turn to face her only to find yourself almost touching noses, from the corner of your eye you manage to notice how the hand that reached upwards earlier now settled beside your head
- Her eyes twinkle with mischievous mirth as you realize the position she's settled you in, free hand gliding up your waist, brushing along your arm and taking a hold of your chin between her fingers, enjoying the way your throat bobs from her simple actions
- "Why not keep me company for a while... There'll be plenty of time for work later"
So while my next prompt is in the making I decided to delve into something which I haven’t seen a lot of people talk about too much. This is no shaded to any fandom content creators, especially fanfiction writers, but I personally do not see KiriBaku (as a couple) work with how their mental states are currently in canon. Especially on Bakugou’s side. Their relationship is not quite as toxic as some people tend to portray, but it is not healthy either, and it has a good chance of becoming extremely toxic if they just dive in a romantic relationship right away. I do firmly believe that Bakugou does need professional help with his mental health issues, so since there is not a great chance that we’ll have it happening in canon, I decided to throw some Bakugou in therapy headcanons out there.
Hope you enjoy!
Bakugou in therapy headcanons:
★ He started dating Kirishima in the beginning of their second year in UA, but their relationship became rocky right away and they would butt heads on anything and everything so it all very soon ended up in a huge fight. They talked for hours and as a result of that Kirishima persuaded Bakugou to get into therapy.
★ Bakugou was very resistant to therapy and his therapist in particular for quite a while. On his first therapy session he kept staring at the wall and didn’t say a word. He categorically refused Kirishima to even step foot in the clinic, not to mention come with him for support. Only a year in Bakugou did ask Kirishima whether he still wanted to come and meet him outside right after his session. Kirishima was ecstatic.
★ Bakugou is never the person to break down in therapy, but he did two times: once when he was working on his childhood trauma and addressing the resentment towards his mother, and once when his therapist painted a picture of how his and Kirishima’s relationship would be if he kept on with his toxic ways.
★ Bakugou secretly had body dysmorphia. Since he hit teenage years he became oddly fixated on his waist, particularly how small it is. To him it just looked too small for his body and made his figure look disproportionate. The bakusquad making comments and joking about it, no matter how lighthearted, did not help at all. That took a while to overcome too. Something that helped a lot is that he learned to trust Kirishima much earlier, and Kirishima not only found that particular part of his body unique, beautiful and very sexy, but he also never seized an opportunity to tell this to Bakugou. The blond had no other option then to believe him.
★ Bakugou’s therapist suggests several ways to do “self-therapy” when he needs it, so Bakugou chooses journaling. He started his first diary somewhere in the second half of his second year in UA and kept on making daily notes for a long time.
★ Bakugou struggled a lot with not making every single activity he took up a competition. If he went hiking – he had to get to the top of the trail no matter what, if he was doing homework – it had to be done flawlessly. But there were also little things, like if he and another person were in the kitchen cooking, he had to finish first, or do the dishes first. If he wanted to travel, he wanted to see each and every country there is. He did, with a lot of trial and error, learn to enjoy little things in life, but with bigger things, he ended up thinking that he will forever struggle with his over the top competitiveness. It’s so much a part of his personality that he will never get rid of it, not that he wants to anyway.
★ Kirishima, bless him, is very supportive. That doesn’t mean that he takes all of Bakugou’s bullshit all the time, but he tries to guide and reason him as best as he can. They both notice how over time it’s becoming easier and easier to be in a relationship together and how the tension fades.
★ Bakugou teaches Kirishima some of the techniques to boost his self-esteem. Kirishima need a stable partner to feel comfortable and safe, and Bakugou needs a confident partner who wouldn’t stand his occasional bullshit behaviour and would call him out on that.

- Beidou's loud and unafraid to show her affection, always slinging an arm around the back of a crewmate or close friend's shoulders, giving out firm pats on the back or messing up someone's hair
- This doesn't mean she's careless however, she knows when affection should be shown off and when to hold back on it, when it would be appropriate or not, she has a reputation too after all
- Your lips are a treat to Beidou that she loves to indulge in, though she knows that she can get carried away at times
- So she settles this with pressing her kisses to a variety of equally lovely and special spots
- Trapped in her embrace, she's tender and warm when she cups a hand to your cheek and places a kiss on top of your head, fingers ghosting the back of your neck
- Hands firmly held together, for balance, for guidance, or simply for closeness, she'll pull yours up to her lips for the rather cheesy act of brushing them against your knuckles
- When finally in bed, if your back is turned towards her, she might just lean close to land a peck on the back of your neck, if you're facing her, she places it in the hollow of your collars or the tip of your nose, running her fingers gently through your hair as you fall asleep in her safe presence
The popping of your joints as you stretch has you groaning in satisfaction. Bringing your raised arms down to rest behind you head, you whistle a cheery tune while you make your way to the Adventurer's Guild, excited to drop off the finished report of your most recent commission and getting to talk to Katheryne. Immediately, you feel your cheeks heat up at the idea of her praising you for another job well done and you can't help but switch to a light jog just to arrive a little faster.
The guild's familiar logo comes into view and a grin spreads on your lips as you rush over, calling out before you could even reach the front desk.
"Katheryne! Hey, I'm back!"
Katheryne greets back with a friendly wave, her usual pleasant smile in place as she takes the commission sheet you had gone on.
"Done already? That was quite fast. How'd it go?"
"It was nothing I couldn't handle! Basically no issues and the commissioner looked pleased with my work!"
Your chest puffs up with pride at the applause she gives.
"That's wonderful to hear! Then will you be taking another commission or are you done for the day?"
"Hmm.. I think I'm going to rest for a little bit first, grab something to eat, and then see how I'm feeling. Oh! Before that though, I have something for you!"
Rummaging around in one of your packs, Katheryne watched curiously as you gently procured interwoven stems from your inventory. It's not hard to figure out what your gift was.
"A flower crown?"
"Yeah! I had some spare time and saw some flowers that reminded me of you, so I thought it'd be nice and you'd like it."
Somewhat shyly, you present the array of flowers towards Katheryne. Your heart stuttering as she laughed lightly and bowed just enough to let you place it on her head.
"Oh.."
You softly let out a breath of awe, adoring how the flowers complimented her beauty. The gentle wind swaying the petals with her hair, she raises a hand to tuck stray strands behind her ear while wearing her usual gentle smile, creating a serene scene for you.
"Well, how do they look?"
You jolt out of your admiration, cheeks heating as you realize that you were staring and probably looking a bit like a fool. Clearing your throat, you try to act casual as you nod approvingly.
"Perfect! You look incredible with them- Not to say you don't always look incredible of course, I just mean that the flowers really just add on to it, though, uh, not saying you need like, extra stuff, you're pretty with or without things like that, so, yeah."
You quickly shut yourself up before you could ramble more, internally cringing at yourself. Katheryne only continues to smile at you, listening along to every word that tumbled out of your mouth.
"Thank you, I'll be sure to care for them then so they may last longer."
"Great! Well, I guess I better be on my way for now. See you later, Katheryne!"
You bid her farewell as you rush off, stumbling a little before righting yourself and taking a little more care in your steps unless you wanted to embarrass yourself further.
Katheryne watches your retreating figure disappear into the crowd, lingering in that direction a little before her attention was caught by another call of her name.
"Hi Katheryne!"
"Traveler and Paimon! How can I help you?"
"Just here to drop off our commissions. Oh! What's that on your head?"
Paimon points at the flower crown curiously, floating closer slightly to get a better look before she was gently tugged back.
"A gift from another adventurer."
Katheryne takes the completed commissions, marking them done and storing them away before placing the usual pouch of additional rewards on the desk.
"Thank you for completing today's commissions, here is your reward."
The duo glance at each other curiously, wanting to ask a little more about either the gift or the adventurer that gifted it, but decided against the idea as they pocketed the little bag. Waving bye as Paimon's stomach grumbled loudly.
Katheryne carefully removed the flower crown from her hair once they left, disappearing from her post momentarily to place your gift in a safe location, alongside a variety of other items you had brought back for her many times before. Idly, Katheryne wonders what you'll have for her next and finds herself excited to find out.
I started writing this with the best of intentions to procrastinate writing another kiribaku drabble and kinda lowkey deal with a day where my anger issues got out of hand but I went overboard so much that there might be a part 2 to this if anyone would be interested, but if not fuck it lol whatever
Enjoy!
Nodame Cantabile/Musicians!AU: The KiriBaku Edition
★ Bakugou is an extremely talented budding conservatory student. His only goal in life is to get international recognition with his music and perform at famous European concert halls.
★ Kirishima is born natural pianist with an extraordinary talent of improvisation and exceptional musical ability. However, he is lost in life and does music for his own entertainment and with no particular goal.
★ Kirishima started his conservatory studies with a lot of passion and people saw him as a very promising musician. But his self-doubt and anxiety got the best of him and he resorted to just go with the flow, deciding that the only thing he is good for is becoming an elementary school music teacher.
★ One day, Bakugou passes by one of the study rooms in conservatory and stops dead in his tracks because he hears a melody played on the piano, a melody so striking, with so much life and emotion, performed with such an outstanding technique that he just has to see who this incredible talent behind the music is.
★ Bakugou bursts through the door and sees a guy with ridiculously styled flaming red hair, in absolutely atrocious attire and crocs, with the goofiest yet oddly focused expression he has ever seen. There is such a distinct discrepancy between the guy and the music he is playing that before the flaming red asshole can even as much as raise his head from the instrument Bakugou is gone, angry that he just spent time on this idiocy.
★ That evening Bakugou is absolutely delighted to find out that the flaming red asshole is now his next-door neighbor. Just great.
★ Bakugou learns Kirishima’s name; he also learns that he is the messiest disaster he has ever seen and cannot cook for shit. He prefers not to even think about why he ends up making dinner for the both of them that evening.

Well uh that took me a while but anyways, to the prompt challenge
1. “That’s starting to get annoying”
“Well, that’s starting to get annoying” Kirishima thinks at precisely 2:37 in the morning while his cardboard dorm room wall still vibrates from being punched from the other side. Kirishima knows that his friend has trouble sleeping, he knows how Bakugou is when he is having nightmares, tossing and turning on the bed, sticky from his own sweat. And he sure does know that Bakugou is not doing this on purpose. They talked about this, for god’s sake, and apparently the topic of nightmares is something that Bakugou is still particularly sensitive about. Kirishima knows. He knows about Bakugous pride, and his upbringing, and the image of strength that he built in his head over the years. But it’s almost 3 in the morning, Kirishima is tired and annoyed and worried and guilty for not doing anything, and for being about to do something he was asked not to, and for being annoyed altogether.
He gets out of bed as fast as possible, and when he feels the pang of anxiety stab him in the chest and wash over his body in a sizzling-hot-yet-ice-cold wave he is already at the door, turning the doorknob all the while tricking his brain into thinking that if he is already up then he has to do something before he can lay back down. It’s a 3 second walk to Bakugous door and then he stands there, waiting for his mind to put itself back in some sort of order. He can’t just go comfort someone in the middle of the night when it feels like his heartbeat is echoing through the entire hallway. Kirishima is not scared, he is not scared of Bakugou, obviously. He knows that after this long, after how much Bakugou has grown, he will not get hurt, at least intentionally. He is scared to take this responsibility. It is never like this in his daily life and in his hero work, but its always like this with Bakugou. The blond is rough, decisive and almost uncompromising when it gets to his personal space. No matter what their relationship is, no matter how good they fit together, Kirishima can’t help but feel like he is walking in thin ice and even a tiny crack is enough for the freezing waters to burst through and drag him within their empty depths. This is why he is still standing there, feeling freezing cold and burning hot simultaneously. Because tonight Bakugou is going to either accept him or drown him for good. That much is decided. That’s why Kirishima is here.
He opens the door slowly and immediately wrinkles his nose at the high-pitched creak of poorly lubricated door hinges which fill his head through the rush of blood in his ears and the crazy beating of his heart. The door finally yields and allows Kirishima to sneak into the room and shut it without more noise. The room is dimly lit by the pale moonlight sifting through mesh blinds, and Bakugou is laying in bed completely still with his eyes covered by his forearm. Kirishima just stands there trying to figure out whether Bakugou has fallen back asleep. Maybe it’s fine for tonight, maybe he’s overreacting, maybe he should just leave and give Bakugou some space.
“What’s with the face?” Bakugous raspy whisper is deafening in completely still air and Kirishima almost jumps out of his own skin. “You look like you stepped in a cage with a wild animal.”
“I’m sorry” Kirishima shuffles awkwardly on his feet and then moves, decisive, to the edge of Bakugous bed in three big rapid strides and slips under the blanket without a word.
“What’s wrong, Eijirou?” Bakugou rolls on his side to face Kirishima, and the redhead looks conflicted, annoyed and worried simultaneously.
“That was supposed to be my question!” Kirishima says a little too firmly and deflates immediately. “You are having nightmares again. I don’t want to push you into telling me about it, but I-” Kirishima pulls at his own fringe, starting to get frantic. “Shit. Fucking hell.” He rarely ever swears but now it is just as much as he can muster.
“Hey, hey, y-you’r fine,” Bakugou almost stammers. “You are allowed to ask me about it. It’s not like I’ll bite your head off. You are my partner, after all.” He adds, much quieter, still insisting that the word ‘boyfriend’ is tacky and refusing to adopt in into his lexicon.
“I’m not scared of you, Bakugou” Kirishima retorts and forces himself to lower his voice and not sound too defensive. “I’m not scared ofyou” he emphasises, shuffling closer to Bakugou, pressing his face into the crook of the blond’s sweaty neck, letting his hands fold over Bakugou’s chest, feeling the familiar warmth of Bakugou’s hands wrapping around his waist. Its good, its amazing, actually, but he has a point to make. “I just don’t want to intrude into your personal space and…uh well…I don’t want to be annoying, but I’m not as good at understanding you as you might think I am. I’m a bit lost.” Kirishima exhales into Bakugou’s skin, almost on the verge of tears, too tired and anxious to be embarrassed about the fact.
“You don’t have to…fuck. You don’t have to think about any of that. I’m not…uh” Bakugou goes silent for a long minute, absentmindedly rubbing his cheek and forehead on Kirishima’s hair. “All I want to say is that…our relationship is not that fragile. I know how I can be, and I’m working on it. But you…you don’t have to expect me to fuck you over or get pissed at you. Because I’m not planning to, ever. It’s never my intention. But yeah…we are stronger than you think. What’s between us.” Bakugou takes a deep breath, his voice low and raspy, and Kirishima suspects that maybe he is not the only one on the verge of tears right now. He doesn’t have the energy to full on reminisce about how Bakugou used to be, and much he changed, and how their relationship evolved, but the kaleidoscope of frames, colourful, happy and not so much, but full of life nonetheless keeps spinning in the back of Kirishimas head, in the corners of his vision.
“Fucking funny how we both showed out weaknesses now, with this stupid situation” Bakugou snorts, obviously nervous, and tilts his head down so that Kirishima cannot look him in the eye. Kirishima digs his fingers into Bakugou’s thick hair and remains silent, trying not to show how desperately he want his partner to elaborate.
It’s been so long since Bakugou said something that Kirishima thought he had fallen asleep when he finally spoke. “Can you sleep with me? Like…for a few days? With you around...” Bakugou clings to Kirishima a bit harder “It’s always better with you around. But you don’t have to.” Bakugou goes completely still, holds his breath even, because he is facing the cold deadly depths of his own and he can almost feel the freezing waters licking dangerously at his toes.
“Sure” is all Kirishima says to that but Bakugou feel like he has miraculously emerged from the massive waive threatening to swallow and crash him, sweaty palms, blurry vision and all, and Kirishima feels the staccato of Bakugou’s heartbeat as he circles him in a loose embrace and gets ready to fall asleep just like that. They don’t talk, but their soft touches speak for a long while until the horny crescent of the moon hides behind the roof of the dorm building.

15 “I’d kill for a coffee…literally.” for the drabble challenge!!
Thank you for the request! And also sorry for the long wait, real life got in the way. And let me just tell you that oooh boy did I need a hot minute to come up with this ridiculous ass plot. But yeah, here you go, hope you enjoy it.
Bakugou and Kirishima have been dorm neighbors since first year, but it was not until much later that Bakugou learned about Kirishimas habits, sleeping habits in particular. Their relationship as a couple started off timidly and only five months in they have finally decided to share a bed, absolutely platonically.
It took a surprisingly long while for Kirishima to get completely comfortable around his partner, and Bakugou found himself in a fascinating string of revelations about Kirishimas many moods.
It has been a particularly stressful week for the both of them, taking down a villain with a nasty quirk and having more then usual injuries being the icing on the cake. So Bakugou thought he was perfectly reasonable when he demanded, in very strong language and with firm argumentation, to give them a few days off to heal their wounds and simply to rest. Thus why Bakugou was standing in the kitchen at 10 in the morning, which was only as much of a lazy awakening as he could allow himself to have, sipping on his tea.
Bakugou heard the familiar slide of sheets, the give of their shared mattress and soon the slightly unbalanced, still sleepy gait of his partner. Moments later Kirishima emerged from the hallway sporting an impressive bedhead and looking generally exhausted.
“ ‘tsuki, coffee” he slurred, resting heavily on the doorframe.
“Run out. Have tea instead until we do groceries.” Bakugou already turns to look for another teabag when he both hears and feels Kirishimas hands hit the countertop hard.
“Katsuki” he growls eerily, voice suddenly very clear. “I’d kill for a coffee”, there is a dramatic pause, and when the thick silence becomes almost unbearable for the stunned Bakugou he continues, “Literally.” He maintains intense eye-contact with Bakugou while the latter tries to not make it too obvious that he is in a rush to get dressed and leave for the nearest store or a coffee shop.
As he walks down the street Bakugou is hit with the realization that apart from positively terrified he is oddly excited and also pretty aroused. “Well mark me down as scared and horny” Bakugou grumbles lightheartedly while the doorbell to their favorite coffee shop chimes in the background of his hearing.
When Bakugou comes back home with a large americano and a raspberry tartlet to buy off the beast which took over his partners morning personality, Kirishima is his usual cheerful self, circling Bakugou in a hug and kissing his cheek with such force Bakugous ears start ringing. Whatever the fuck was that side of Kirishima, he is so looking forward to explore more of it, and learn other sides of him while he’s at it. For now, he is quiet content with being a bit scared, but infinitely excited about the ever fascinating string of moods and habits of Kirishima Eijirou.
