From what I've seen at least it's extremely common for trolls completely new to humans/human culture to be confused or put off by the concept of gestation and child rearing. It doesn't quite make sense if you have mammals who also have long gestation periods like cows or horses, or even if you have things like felines or canines which also give live birth.

there's like soo many youtubers that point for point tell the story of 'i wanted to have a natural birth w midwife/doula, i laboured for over a day, they had to give me an emergency c-section, now i have major trauma and/or post-partum anxiety'. and these are people who WANTED the birthing process, they WANTED to experience the process of pregnancy and birth and having a child, they're well-off youtubers and had options about how they wanted to do this process, and it still nearly killed them and the child they so desperately wanted to have. i get that religious conservatives think that god will save you, or it's god's will when something terrible happens. you'd have to have that alien kind of a worldview to be so cavalier about birth which is probably the most fucked up thing that the human body does on purpose.
