#handstand and #splits #birthdayyoga practice Strengthening for handstands sometimes causes some stiffness on the shoulders so I like to combine some shoulder opening against the wall while doing handstands and relaxing with splits. Starting the day with so much love is the best I can give to myself! Something I have learned is that I am responsible for my own happiness so if I want something I should give it to myself, or ask for it, nobody will guess your desires or what is in your mind. What you give is what you get. If you want hugs... Give them!! And not because you expect to receive them after it, but because when you are giving with no expectations, you are actually receiving that exact same energy, hug, word, intention that you are giving!
