Advice and/or vent session....

I have a job now that I absolutely adore....and after a few shit show work environments over the years, I’m well aware no place is perfect. But I’m desperate for tangible ways to deal with a very unhappy, passive aggressive coworker that’s taking her life troubles and disdain for change in the office out on me. She’s depleted all my empathy at this point. I can’t get around working with her—avoiding isn’t an option, neither is drinking a bottle of wine every night to endure the unpleasant woman. But still....I need a drink. END VENT.

Today was for shit... two weeks ago I injured whatever holds your scapula and place bench pressing, last week I got stupid and fucked up both my wrists doctor thinks I have torn ligaments but we have to do an MRI to confirm as the bones in my wrist have shifted that showed when they did the x-ray. So I'm doing what I can in the gym but my mind just isn't in it, everything feels heavy. All the weights move slow my form is off and I lack motivation. Gonna hit some mobility work the next couple days and then try again. #whinybitch #bitchsession #deadlifts #squats

I don’t hate the ex-wife.  No reason for me to.  They were way divorced when I got here.  Divorced about 5-6 years.  THE MUTHER FUCKING HOUSE IS STILL IN HIS NAME. Yeap.  HIS name. Not hers. She lives there, she makes the payments on the house in his name.  And he can not for the life of him, wrap around the fact of WHY this bothers me?!  I did mention we are married, right?  Almost two years. Dated before that. Engaged before that.  yeap all of it.
