Got all my supplies to start working on the pink meringue "ears" and her new arms, paws, and feet? Maybe feet? Soft maybe on the feet. The long parts of her ears are gonna be padded and wired fleece I'm thinking, just keeping the glitter on the melty chocolate part may be a tad messy and difficult
Yesterday, I did the first layer of Sphinx Violet's pearlescent colors. I have a ways to go, but she already looks much more complete! I have a little more airbrushing to do, as well as pastel-ing for blushing, and probably some white watercolor or something along those lines.

I actually like the yellowed resin tones (unless it's REALLY yellow). Like, it's such a creamy, natural color. I wanted to mod my doll to have bigger boobs, but i'm scared the apoxie sculpt will stay the same pale color while the rest of the doll yellows.

I modded the breasts of a friend's doll to be really saggy since that's what their character looks like. It turned out great, and my friend loved how it looked. Everything okay... until my boyfriend saw the doll. And he started saying how those saggy boobs looked kinda gross. "No saggy boobs in real life are that saggy". Now I'm starting to dislike my work, and my body insecurity grew stronger since... I used my own boobs as a model for the doll's boobies. Well... at least my friend likes it.
