Rushed home after Zumba this evening to make my snacks before #ThisisUs comes on, only to realize that it wouldn't be on tonight but rather will be showing on Sunday after the #Superbowl.🏈 Well boo hoo. I'm still on that #boycottnfl and #Black0ut tip (and plus I don't even like football). But I will be tuning in to This is Us on Sunday. I wanna know how Jack died! 🏠🔥🏚💀😭👩‍👧‍👦 Because I couldnt wait for Sunday, I just ended up eating my snacks while watching PVR'd episodes of @therealdaytime. So my #dairyfree #glutenfree popcorn is drizzled with butter-flavoured coconut oil from @nutiva, and sprinkled with some sea salt and nutritional yeast. Sometimes I add garlic powder. Sometimes I'll swap the coconut oil for olive oil. I then added pieces of my coconut oil fried #glutenfree #dairyfree fried chicken. Sometimes I'll add turkey bacon instead of chicken. I'm trying to lessen the glycemic impact by adding some protein. I do actually try to eat healthy -- I just never post my salads and sandwiches. 🙄😌🙃 Besides, popcorn is a healthy snack (right? Right?!). Will you be watching This is Us this weekend?

I'm not that into pro football anyway. So #black0ut cool with me (clearly I've been blacked out on my fb pic since coronation day... hope that's not too offensive to anyone!) Nothing is more ironic than NFL fear of retribution for hiring #kaepernick for peacefully protesting, while alternate US Flags are designed and proudly flown, openly racist and misogynistic statements are flowing from top political leaders, and a whole new generation of 'politically correct' emboldens lawmakers to try and take our #publiclands - this pendulum needs to swing HARD back the other way. Before #machoman 🎶 regains the charts and we end up firing more nukes and locking up target groups in order to 'protect' them. Let's get this rig out of Reverse and build our American future. Now, what will I do with that 30 minutes a week I watch NFL? Write a letter, a song, run further, make some calls to local and national public servants? Plenty of options.
