The catfish was very well seasoned, the grits were creamy, buttery bites of perfection and the biscuit was warm and melted in my mouth. We started our brunch with glasses of prosecco with home-made infused sweet tea. I'm not the biggest fan of sweet tea but enjoyed their concoction, the level of sweetness was just right.
