Tails: Wait, you're married?!
Sonic: About ten years now.
Sonic: Well, by her dimension. I think. Might also be ours, too.
Tails: Her dimension- You married Blaze?!
Sonic: That's Queen Blaze to you, buddy~.
Tails: Wh- Does Amy know?!
Sonic: I'd assume so. She planned the whole thing.
Tails: ...Okay, let see if I'm understanding this correctly. You're dating Amy while you're married to Blaze.
Tails: You married Blaze ten years ago, right around the same time you and Amy started dating.
Tails: And Amy is just... cool with all of this?
Sonic: Considering this was all her idea, I'd say yeah, she's cool as a cucumber with it.
Sonic: I'm glad you asked! See, the Sol Kingdom calls for Blaze to be married by a certain age, whether it's by political vote or her choice. As a princess, she can't change the law, but as a queen, she can. So she and Amy made up a plan to have me and her get married while she works on changing the laws so she can marry Amy.
Tails: Oh, I see. Yeah, that makes sense. I completely understand-
Sonic: You didn't know? They really hit it off and wanted to take it to the next level. And because I know what you're think, the law also says that Blaze needs to choose a husband, and Amy refuses to allow either of them to wear a suit.
Sonic: You okay there, little buddy?
Tails: I'm just... I get it, I guess, but there's one thing I don't understand.
Tails: Where was my invite?
Sonic: It was a small wedding. Nothing fancy.
Tails: At a royal wedding?
Sonic: Small royal wedding. It was kind of a quick ceremony when Eggman Nega showed up.
Tails: Who was your best man then?
Sonic: He wanted to be Blaze's Maid of Honor, but Amy already called dibs.
Tails: ...Ten years, huh?
