             Steffon would be roaring with laughter, he knew it.  Not that Steffon had ever been a loud sort, but Robert had inherited his laugh, at least.  If Steffon Baratheon laughed, the world knew it.  And he would have been dying to see Tywin laid up in a chair, grouchy and prickly, because he’d gone and sprained his godsdamn ankle.

             It wasn’t even like he could say it had been doing anything even remotely out of the ordinary…he’d dismounted to come and speak with the Council about a loan for one thing or another, and just…landed wrong.  Unfortunately, business did not halt just because he remained seated.

         “Is my loan going to build new ships, Lord Stannis?  Or have you come for something else?”

there  is  great  hesitation  in  her  steps .  much relied  upon  this  meeting ,  so  much  had  happened  for  her  to  come  here . the  death  of  her  father , the  death  of  her  mother  &&  brother .  for  all  she  knew ,  the  rest  of  her  siblings  had  met  the  gods .  in  desperation  to  survive ,  in  desperation  to  carry  on  the  stark  legacy , she  finds  herself  here ,  meeting  with  stannis  baratheon ,  or  the  true  heir  of  king  robert ,  as  her  father  had  claimed . 

sansa  is  mindful  how  she  presents  herself .  presentation  is  everything ,  &&  she’s  throwing  blind  trust  to  the  fact  that  stannis  &&  his  men  wouldn’t  be  throwing  her  back  to  the  lannisters  or  the  boltons  who  had  captured  her  home  of  winterfell .  all  she  wants  is  her  home ,  to  reclaim  winterfell  &&  the  north  for  the  starks ,  to  have  a  safe  place  for  whichever  of  her  siblings  remained .  pledging  to  stannis  baratheon  was  her  only  hope  at  protection  &&  return  to  home .  not  when  her  only  other  options  were  the  lannisters  (  who  wished  her  dead  &&  had  murdered  her  family )   &&  a  dragon  queen  across  the  sea .  hands  play  at  her  center  out  of  nerves ,  eyes  uncertain  despite  the  strength  she  tried  to  portray  herself  having .  how  badly  she  needed  this ,  a  way  to  reclaim  her  home  --  a  way  out  without  having  to  rely  on  the  likes  of  littlefinger .
