A blog detox.

This is not a glitch, you are seeing correctly: I’ve deleted all my previous posts. It’s time for the so-called New Beginning. Why? The mass of a few thousand post history from the last 4 years of life has been weighing on my shoulders. Cluttered, disorganized, without a theme even me, a very chaotic at heart creature could navigate. That is why I am starting anew, with the hope to blog more of my own content for our shared horizon-broadening and entertainment.

I suppose a large part of my followers is not active anymore, but I hope I’ll build a more personal, active and creative blog, not just a feed of aesthetic we cannot talk about. So yes, I sincerely hope to connect both again and for the first time! Cheers to those who are sticking around and hello to everyone interested!

What do you all think about restarting the blog?

I’ve put a ton of thought into this and i’m really hoping you all stop and take the time to give me your feedback on this dilemma i’m having.

When I say “restarting the blog” I have a few things in mind about how I’ll do that.

Since I’m creating sideblogs for all my OCs, they are all going to be clean slates for that OC.

This means that Vee, Velvet, Ben-3 and the others are going to have a restart in lore, apperance (just a little), AND RELATIONSHIPS. I know that Vee is in a relationship with @askblindybendy and I will talk to them about how they want to deal with it (if Vee and Blindy are in a relationship regardless of the reset). However, other friendships will be dropped. If you want your muse to start a friendship with one of my OCs, feel free to start over and have them interract after the reset.

I’m going to turn this specific blog into my main blog for art and stuff for multiple fandoms and OCs, and I’m in the process of opening up side blogs for all my BATIM OCs. This will take a while due to creating new icons and starting posts for promos and such.

Now, what is your feedback on resetting progress for Vee and all my OCs? This includes deleting posts prior to the reset, tweaking the appearance, and resetting relationships. I encourage you to reblog/reply with your thoughts if I should or shouldn’t reset, or something else along the lines.

Hey look I'm not dead!

Hi everybody! I know I've been gone a long time but it's mostly because I have a full-time job now and a new puppy! Life has been kinda hectic but for those of you who follow me, I have some great news! This blog is being restructured under the same URL and cleaned up! I'm going to get back to writing on here as soon as possible! Other news is that I'm going to start writing out my canon in drabbles for you guys! It's been too long since Ian had any communication with the people he cared for deeply. Going MIA was for the best—letting them believe he was dead or had disappeared was the right choice. He might not have been able to prove it, but he could feel Zola hiding in the shadows, waiting for the right moment to strike.

They might call him paranoid, but blood ran through his veins, and he knew something was off. So he had disappeared. Truly becoming a nomad, he spent months hiding out. However, something eventually lured him from the shadows. He wasn’t entirely sure what it was, only that it called to him.

Explaining where he'd been would be difficult. Mending the bridges he'd destroyed would be even harder. But he’d made the choice to run, just like he had in the past. Running was safe, easy. As long as he kept running, no one could hurt him.
