I will continue with the reasons why I ship them.

They trust each other.

If Katara was Zuko's wife, he would treat her as his equal (yeah, I know I said that in my third point) but what I mean is that Zuko would love to know Katara's opinion when it was about politics and Katara's would have always love to help him and his people that were now her people and I know for sure Zuko will respect Katara decision to also help the water tribes so I know for sure they would do like a treaty or something like that to unite both nations.

They know how to speak to each other in a peaceful way and to make each other relax and comprehend some situations (we can see that in, The Ember Island Players, Sozin's Comet part 1 and part 2)

Tenth

Zuko is very aware that Katara is a powerful waterbender and respect her as a master.

Eleventh

Katara knows Zuko's struggles, she also knows that he understands her lost, that's why she trust him in the crystal catacombs and help him when he wasn't sure about talking with Uncle Iroh.

And twelve,

If airbenders can bend the air out of the lungs and waterbenders can bloodbend, can fire benders bend other people's temperature since they can do to theirs. What can earthbenders do then?

Alright so I just started thinking about an Avatar: The Last Airbender au for Homestuck (avatarstuck?) bc of the whole water signs, earth signs, air signs, and fire signs thing

Would the Vantases be blood benders?

(I mean, cancer /is/ a water sign, and their aspect /is/ blood)

Why do I ship

Zutara?

That's a question I have got a lot lately, the main reason why is cause of my mom, yes, my mom, she made me ship them by mistake cause she thought they ended together and the idea of zuko and katara as a couple sounds good on my mind.

I've seen people say that they like zutara cause of fire and water thing or ying and yang or that the opposite attracts, and although I agree with those statements I want reasons that are more stronger than the obvious.

So, prepare yourself to read my reasons that will be full of pictures, they're there as a representations of my "apples" and "pears" so you have a better image of it.

First

I love their chemistry, THEY DO HAVE CHEMISTRY.

Second

Their dynamic, they're unstoppable together.

Third

They see each others as equals.

Fourth

They treat each other with respect.

Fifth

They heard what the other have to say and discuss in a civilized way being respectful towards their opinions.

Sixth

They never judged one another, we can see that in the southern raiders when Zuko help Katara and didn't judge her for using bloodbending or didn't stop her when she was about to kill the man that killed her mother cause he knew that she need it and knew that whatever katara's decided to do was up to her, not him or anybody.
