I had a day like this yesterday, caused by over doing it on Wednesday, being on #antibiotics for an infection, a bad night sleep thanks to some digestive issues and finally it was hot! Meant I got to my #cellgroup #lunch feeling #dizzy and really tired I couldn't follow the whole conversation as my mind kept day dreaming. As I was writing my notes I would be half way through a sentence and forget what I was going to write - thanks #brainfog.
