I love working with essential oils and not just because of their beautiful aromas. Today I've been working with Myrtle essential oil because I'm dealing with some challenges, mostly related to old belief systems. Myrtus communis, green myrtle, has a fresh herb-like aroma that clears my thoughts and brings my focus back to Heart. To that place where I'm gently and lovingly supported. Where I'm reminded to trust my inner wisdom and not be disheartened during this time of struggle. As the day is closing, I feel more at peace and that some of the struggle has gently fallen away. This is the power of these beautiful essential oils, creations of nature and a gift to us all. They have the ability to shift perspectives, increase vitality, bring about a sense of peace and groundedness, support us in times of struggle and bring joy and beauty into our lives. They are beautiful to work with and, the words and affirmations associated with each oil, are influential in creating inner shifts and awareness.
