BLUE CAMP 2019 楽しかった（Huerco, BIGFISH 1983)

HuercoTravelのタイに始まり、北海道、秋田、そしてアメリカと遠征が続いた10月もようやくひと段落。アメリカから帰国した翌日からは楽しみにしていたBLUE CAMPでした。お越しいただいた皆様、運営のスタッフ様、本当にありがとうございました。

今年が2回目の開催だったBLUE CAMPは、

海をもっと楽しく未来に繋げるという「海の再生」をテーマに、アート、フィッシング、アウトドア、ミュージックなどの要素が複合した、屋内アウトドアフェス的なもの（ジェンキンス目線）国内外のアウトドア、フィッシングメーカー総勢６７ブランドが集結し、お得なアウトレットから限定商品の販売、アートオークション、ライブ、トークショー。それに大さん橋ホール入り口付近に並んだフードブースもとても美味しかったです。

嬉しいゲスト、ユーザー様もたくさん駆け付けてくれて、渡米中風邪を引いて結構テンション低めでしたがたくさん元気をもらいました。なんだかイベントの客層も普段とは違うので、新しい発見や出会いもあり、釣りメインのイベントだけではなく、こういう新しいムーブメントからアウトドア寄りのイベントなどにもっと足を伸ばさないといけないなと思いました。

最近新しいことを始めたり、何かを変えよう！という話を仲間として、色々考えますが、「起こす」って本当に難しい。考えるより行動派だと思ってた自分の無力さをいつも実感しては、助けられたり励まされて一歩一歩進んでる毎日です...。今までも1を5にも10にも変えることができる人はいたけど、少なくとも仕事とかで関わった釣り業界で今のところそういう人はほとんどいなくて、こういうイベントとかを運営している人たちには本当に心からリスペクトです。

さりげなくHuercoブースに出展させてもらっていたBIGFISH1983も、初めて見たという人からも好評で、Tシャツや秋物のフーディーもたくさん売れてご機嫌で帰りました（笑）これは来年もっと盛り上がりそう。是非また出展させていただきたいものです。そしてHuercoは恒例となってきたHuerco Cafeに向けて準備に入ります。来年もお楽しみに。

Now time for my obligatory post Download Festival status. Holy fuck! It was unbelievably outstanding and was made even better because i got to spend it with some of my best friends old and new and that was even before the music started!😆 Managed to see a fuck ton of bands including Korn, Skindred, Iron Maiden, Black Sabbath, Billy Talent,Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes, Beartooth, Escape The Fate, Breaking Benjamin and so many more i just oh my god- ill post some photos later ily BRING ON DOWNLOAD 2017!👊 ROCK ON MOTHERFUCKERS 👊 ‪#‎DL2016‬ ‪#‎BLUECAMP‬ ‪#‎DOWNLOADFAMILY‬

just a small little status update about Download Festival: DOWNLOAD WAS FUCKING AMAZING !!

the queue to get in was awful, my tent got flooded, i had no dry clothes for the majority and i got severely sunburnt but fuck me, it was so fucking worth it. i managed to get to see so many unbelievably awesome bands like Five Finger Death Punch, Thunder, Kiss, Lamb of God, Marilyn Manson, Slipknot,Enter Shikari, Muse, Faith No More, Motley Crue, Judas Priest, A Day To Remember, Evil Scarecrow and many more and it just didn't even end there the rock and metal club nights and the silent disco was more than perfect! everyone was just so nice! LASER TAG AND THE INFLATABLE CHURCH WAS WELL GOOD TOO !! to make things even better i got to do all this whilst with some of the best people fucking people that i know! fuck yeah! there is absolutely no doubt in whether or not i'm going next year.
