Our bodies are made to move....every single muscle in our body serves a purpose and was made to move every day. I don't need easy....I just need possible ~ Bethany Hamilton ....that's the problem with today's society, they want easy all the time. Not prepared to dedicate time, patience, money or commitment. It's a society of "instant gratification" at minimal "cost".....sorry folks, it doesn't happen that way. That applies to all areas of our life....business, career, health even relationships.
