🌹Dia Rose Lore🌷
Dia Rose Lore:
Part 1🌷:Dia Rose was born in Andersonville, Georgia, June 14th, 1966. At a younger age she had a passion for singing, so at 16, in 1982, she signed up for YVR (Young Voice Records) and got started on her music career. Dia met Ven Cooper Red Snow at 21, when she appeared on his tour. He spotted her in the crowd and asked her to do the finishing vocals on his song and she did. They met again at a cafe, 2 weeks after the tour, they talked to each other for a while before he asked for her number and she accepted.
At 23, on January 17th, 1989, Dia was invited to a family dinner at Ven’s house and in the middle of the meal, he proposed to her and she accepted. They got married a year later at 24 (Dia) and 25 (Ven)on April 4th, 1990. While Dia had a lot of good things happen in her life, bad stuff happened too. At the age of 15, Dia’s mother, Lynette, bought Dia some ruby jewelry for her birthday. The next day when she was outside with her friends, she started itching a lot and figured out that she was allergic to rubies on her skin. Her mother apologized and instead bought her some emerald jewelry. Two days later, Dia comes back home ready to burst into tears, walking straight towards her room.
Lynette asked what was wrong and Dia explained everything. One of Dia’s supposed “friends” (It was only one of them that pretended to love Dia so much) told everybody in school that Dia’s skin was allergic to rubies and most of the people laughed and made fun of her, meanwhile some people in her school felt bad for her. Her fake friend continued doing this, calling her "Allergy Rose", (even Dia’s math teacher caught on and called her that in front of the whole class when she spoke up about her slight absence. When Dia finished explaining everything, her mother was in shock and came to hug her, calming her down and that’s when Dia burst into tears in her mother’s arms. Dia also added that they put mean notes on her locker and one of them ripped apart Dia hand knitted blanket from her mother. Dia cried and said, “I know you’re mad at me.” while violently crying. Once Darien, Dia’s father came home, he had her favorite cookies and a little note for her to cheer her up and he let her cry in his arms. He said that he didn’t want anyone else to hurt his baby girl ever again.
When Dia introduced Ven to her parents, Lynette was happy she found someone who could love her and protect her, meanwhile her father was a little bit concerned because of what happened to her when she was younger he was a little bit more protective of his daughter being with a man she would forever and ever, but he trusted him in the end. One day, on August 7th, 1990, Dia got captured by a group called RMA (Ruby Mafia Association) while coming home from the grocery store. She was held captive for almost two months (I think? idk). She had to obey all orders she was given from the members, or she’ll be covered in rubies (basically putting on ruby jewelry, earrings, chokers, wristbands, necklaces, anklets, and many more). The orders she was told to do were simply her showing her body to the leader and his appetencies, bending down, doing inappropriate poses, and making sexy noises for them like she’s having intercourse. On October 9th, 1990 (same year), Ven, his family, and Dia’s family, broke into the RMA’s building only killing 10 members and injuring the rest. Ven saved Dia, but she’ll be traumatized forever. He ripped off the jewelry right in that place and never returned to clean it up because he said that cursed jewelry stays where it belongs. Once they got into the car, he put her in his hoodie, comforted her and held her for the whole ride. Ven only removed the jewelry that they had in their home until Dia recovered and felt better.
After a year being married, while Ven was on tour, Dia found out she was pregnant with their first child. When Ven came off tour, Dia surprised him with the pregnancy test in her hands and he got excited like a little child getting the toy they always wanted. On October 5th, 1998, Jame Red Snow was born in the hospital, on a cloudy day. When having James for the first time, they found out he has a cuddly baby, clinging onto Ven’s bare chest at birth, calming down at the sound of Dia’s heartbeat, and very touchy. James would always watch Dia and Ven interact and would giggle if Dia got any kisses from Ven cause Dia would give James kisses too.
3 years later, Dia found out she was pregnant again with Jackson, sharing the news with her parents first. On July 26th, 2001, Jackson Red Snow was born on a warm sunny day. Having Jackson for the first time, they found out he was a clingy baby (And when I mean by clingy, he was clingy with Dia, not Ven lol😝), Always clinging onto Dia’s legs and arms, craving Dia touch, and rejecting being held by Ven (hmm…). One day, Dia was playing with Jackson and Ven was leaning against the wall, eyes dark and jaw clenched, (ohhh, jealousy) Dia noticed and asked if he was jealous but he responded with a no, but he’s clearly seeing that he is. So Dia walked up to Ven and gave him a kissing overload (basically kissing all over his face💋). At the age of 2, Jackson got over his clinginess with Dia and loved being held by both parents, but in the process grew a HUGE bond with Dia.

Dia always wanted 5 kids but, worried about not having a baby girl,Ven reassured her that she’ll get one someday. In the end,Dia decided that she’ll have one more and be done, but will continue if she wants too. Finally, Dia found out she was pregnant with her last child, Darkcore. On September 3rd, 2004, Darkcore Red Snow was born on a slightly cloudy night on a crescent moon. Being with Darkcore for the first time, they found out that he was a chill baby, but needed to watch him a little bit, sleeping a lot, fussing when there’s tension in the air between his parents, and loved James a lot (I mean, like crawling into his room, hugging him, and called him “Daddy” sometimes which was…something😳)
Years later, (at her age rn), Dia found out she was pregnant once again, but she was scared that it was a baby boy so she waited until birth. On July 1st, 2024, Diana Red Snow was born on a hot summer day and most importantly it was a baby girl. Dia cried happy tears in the hospital, holding her baby girl for the first time. When nighttime hit, Ven checked on Dia, making sure she was ok, instead he found her peacefully sleeping curled up, breathing softly. In the morning, Dia found Ven holding Diana against his chest keeping her warm and safe.
Part 2🌷 (not really lore but some stuff that happened to her): In 1982 Dia turned 16 and many more things happen in her life. Dia loved her big brother, Aaron very deeply (cause she and him are the only children in the house) over the years. Arron Rose was born 1964, April 24th. When Arron was there Dia first started singing, dating Ven, married Ven, comforted her after being traumatized, for her first 3 boys, and her baby girl, he was supportive of her the whole ride through. Dia would talk to Arron about her days at school and for advice. Aaron was right there when Dia first debuted her first album “Sugar Coated” and it became a hit instantly.
“Sugar Coated” was an album about love, intimacy, trusting, being a sweet woman to people, reflecting her life in many ways. Her most popular song from the album was “Sugar Coated Apple” , basically her talking about being the sweet little that entered her man’s life (Ven~💋but she didn’t know Ven back then), helping him open up, and promising to love him forever in her life. “Sugar Coated” has 8 songs and I’ll list them out for you:
1: Sweet Like Sunday
2: Cherry Blossom Touch
3:Sugar Rush
4: Sugar Coated Apple
5: Kiss Me Slow
6: Sweet Girl Promise
7: Lipstick On Your Name
8: Hold My Fragile Places
Those songs let Dia write about her sweetest fantasies and bring them into real life. The 3 most popular songs from her album were “Sugar Coated Apple”, “Kiss Me Slow”, and “Sweet Girl Promise”. Everyone including her parents loved her first debut music and Dia became really proud of her work. When Dia was married to Ven, she showed him her debut album to him and he binged the whole thing and said it was amazing, saying her voice is beautiful and his favorite song being “Sugar Coated Apple” and Dia knew that would be his favorite.
Next will be BMR Lore and facts

What is BMR and why should I care?
Your body is amazing. Amazing! So amazing, that even when you are doing absolutely nothing, simply existing, your body is working hard to keep all its functions working properly - breathing, blood circulation, cell growth, temperature regulation, and more. You burn energy simply by existing.
That amount of energy is called your BMR (basal metabolic rate). Your BMR can vary by your age, body composition, shape, hormones, height and other factors. You can find an approximate BMR using an online calculator like this one. (Note it may not be entirely accurate because of all the various things that impact your BMR above, but it will give you an idea)
So why should you care? It you’re trying to manage your weight - whether lose, maintain, or gain - this number becomes very important. On top of your BMR your body burns additional calories every time you move, eat, exercise, do anything more than just exist. Maybe you have a watch or exercise equipment that shows you how many calories you’ve burned or you just want to use a standard estimate based on your typical level of activity - that number can be added right to your BMR to show you approximately your total calories burned. In other words, that overall number can guide you on how much you need to refuel your body.
Your BMR + calories burned throughout the day is your guide to calories you should be taking in. Want to lose weight? Eat a little less than that total. Gain? Eat a little more. Maintain? Eat around that number. Just make sure to not shock your body too much by jumping too high or too low.
As good as some food tastes, it is filling our gas tanks to be able to continue to do what we want our bodies to do. Some food is premium gas that makes your body run smoothly and efficiently, some food is regular gas that gets the job done but maybe not the best.
There are many different philosophies on when to eat and what to eat - 6 times a day, intermittent fasting, it doesn’t matter when or what as long as you hit the right number, 3 big meals, etc. I’m not a doctor or nutritionist so I won’t debate my opinion or tell you what to do, and some people have been successful in many different ways.
What I can say is that it’s so important to take proper care of your body and knowing a little bit more about how it works can make a big difference when trying to reach your goals.
Stay healthy 💜
