Week 3/12.
Feeling sluggish after the weekend. Nothing a good workout can't fix.
Have so much homework to do though. A little stressed.
Update later! x
I found this site yesterday and have found the information provided to be very interesting and helpful. If time management is not your goal/issue, be sure to look around the site anyway for other life skills and information! :) ----- Managing your time successfully implies accomplishing what is most important for you. When you don’t accomplish what you truly want, you may feel confused, compromised, and frustrated. Many people try to use time management techniques that work for others, only to be disappointed. Often this is because they don’t also identify the goals most important to them and gear the techniques toward those goals. Effective time management must include techniques for good prioritizing.
Myths About Time Management
Before exploring specific time-management techniques, consider several common myths which contribute to poor time management, especially undermining your efforts to establish and follow your priorities:
Myth: My life is completely controlled by external events.
Myth: I should meet everyone’s expectations.
Myth: I should have no limits

5:30am alarm this morning.
Off for another run down my new track!! :)
The weeks ahead.
Next Sunday (7 Days time) I have a wedding. The Sunday after that is Parklife (Yay Party Time). Therefore, I am going to try my best best best, to improve on this week. I am already feeling better. It's quite interesting how fast our bodies can adapt and change.
So for this two week period... I am going to cut the coffee. I drink it everyday, it's not necessary. I am going to change to just tea. I'm also going to try and stick to 90% healthy, 10% indulgence...! It's amazing what a difference you can make in two weeks if you put your mind to it! Going to be so busy over the next couple of weeks, which I think will be to my advantage. Really looking forward to it and showing you some progress soon! Hope everyone is doing well. xoxox
Day7ofWeek1of12.
So, the weekly break down looks like this.
Monday - Run Tuesday - No exercise Wednesday - Run Thursday - No exercise Friday - Run Saturday - No exercise Sunday - No exercise Good. But not good enough! :) Better than last week though so thats good! Satisfaction with my efforts? 7/10. For my first week of exercise discipline in a while, I am relatively happy. I would have liked to of done some strength training. But I am quite happy with how I am going :) Diet wise? 7/10 also. Not perfect, never will be, but happy.. mainly because.. 1. I never went hungry. 2. 80% of the food I ate was fresh raw vegetables, or lean protein. 3. I still enjoyed my food.. Yes I did indulge in a Soy Chai latte with a shot of coffee, three times. Yes I did enjoy some pizza. It was a great week all round! Excited to make improvements this week!
