Okay. AFTG Fandom, hear me out-
Adrienne Rich, a poet born in 1929 in BALTIMORE, MARYLAND wrote a poem called 'Aunt Jennifer's Tigers'.
Okay- you may say- what's so special about this then?
This poem is about a woman who is suppressed by her dominant husband and afraid of the dude. She expresses her wish to be free through the fearless, brave tigers she sews. She is unable to escape the situation, and is burdened by the ring she wears. She uses her sewing to project.
I know there's not much to go on, here, I just couldn't help but draw the parallels 😭 (Neil and Aunt Jennifer)
Any media I consume has even the slight similarity to any of the Foxes, my mind starts jumping smh
Dear Aunt Jennifer, I hope you find relief and security in heaven.
