Okay so I have a problem
Powerbocking doesn’t have a lot of resources about exercising or anything that I’ve been able to find
I have an undying gremlin wish to scuttle along forest trails in full plague doctor gear—a foot and three inches taller…It’s in my blood
SO
Been three days. Or four. Eh technicalities XD
I’ve been using a pair of crutches by holding on to the tops as a bit of extra brace while I adapt to scuttling as no gremlin has ever scuttled before
Been working my way up to longer distances, went through the forest trail n did some stairs. Attempted running and almost immediately bit the gravel, not hurt, just floundering around on the ground while trying to lever myself back up like Bambi on ice.
Does anyone here know anything about specific exercises that can help with balance and coordination? Been doing lower body exercises while wearing em…
