I like to think they sometimes morph a bit of their animal traits to ease up the burden of keeping human forms

Fem Bajie secretly keeps her pig trotters sometimes, thats why she got no problem with wearing those tiny footbinding shoes. Her hooves barely need them but she treats them more like accessories

Wukong keeps his tail most of the time. His robes and pants can hide em enough. But sometimes it sticks out on its own because it gets cramped.

Also with how the manga confirms the Kikaichu crawl in and out of his skin, I imagined the spots where they most often swarm out would give him visible scarring over the years.

Also his hair is still untamable as ever- the only way to keep it down properly is to use wax, much like they do for traditional Japanese hairstyles

I think he def tries to portray himself as the perfect teacher, always prim and proper, and that includes his hair!

The face closeup was supposed to be without shades, I really tried, but Shino without some sort of eyewear just feels wrong lmao he probs sleeps with a mask over his eyes too XD

Body headcanons for Neuvillette and Wriothesley,, I love drawing Neuvillette with more dranoic features than normal and have so many thoughts about him, anyway have a few headcanons below:

-Neuvillette is more leaner than Wriothesley but he's still very strong physically (dragon strength goes crazy)

-Neuvillette has more draonic features under his clothes such as scales and his limbs becoming blue which he can hide but it takes energy to do so (these features always come out if he's in water though)

-Neuvillette can have a tail (I didn't draw it because I was lazy but I will one day shhh)

-Wriothesley has many scars and is build more bulkily than Neuvillette

-Wrio also had mad body hair and facial hair
