Starting week 2 of @bodybossmethod, and surprisingly I am REALLY ENJOYING IT!! (The Facebook group is IMMENSELY supportive.) Even though I wake up and can't be arsed to get out of bed in the mornings, I feel pretty good once I've done the workout. : Lost 2" off my belly, and 2" off my hips already, even though I'm bloody ravenous all the time now.
