Hardcore trainer challenge - Day 10 Arms I trained biceps and triceps yesterday and it was tough especially using the resistance bands. I started with triceps and did overhead extensions, press downs and close grip press ups. The biceps portion was a lot tougher but felt pretty good. These crouching cable curls into resistance band curls are really tough as it isolates the bicep muscle so much.
