Hardcore trainer challenge - Day 12 Back and hamstrings I had to put two days worth of training together in today’s workout as I didn’t get chance to train yesterday. I am away this weekend so managed to use a hotel gym for my workout. The equipment was ok, typical hotel gym stuff so I had to try and get a bit creative. There was a low row machine which I used for both rows and managed to use it as a make shift deadlift/rack pull. I also did some hamstrings with the seated leg curl machine and straight leg Dumbell deadlifts.
