Hardcore trainer challenge - Day 3 Arms I got to the gym early this morning and hit my arm session. I wasn’t a big fan of the reverse grip tricep press downs and reverse grip bicep curls as I found it out quite a bit of stress through my wrist. I changed from using a straight bar to using some stirrup handles and it felt much better. I was quite surprised with how many close grip press ups I got as they are usually pretty tough. I tried to get as many reps as possible so dropped to my knees just to get a few extras in. The bicep exercises were just as hard and I had to drop the weights on some of the supersets but that’s ok, this is about hitting failure in each and every set to get maximum results.
