This is a drawing I drew for this New Year. :) Since this is the year of the snake ine Chinese calendar, I chose the giant snake Titanoboa cerrejonensis from the Paleocene of Colombia for the drawing. :D This relative of modern boa snakes is estimated to have reached a length of more than 12 meters. Initially, it was assumed that this snake was a constrictor, but a study of the anatomy of the jaws and teeth showed that it rather hunted fish. Titanoboa lived in rivers bordered by lush tropical forests. The warm and humid climate of the Paleocene favored the existence of reptilian fauna in Colombia.

Boiuna (Titaneunectes brasiliensis) – Grand Snake
Boiuna (Titaneunectes brasiliensis; translated as "Black Snake" in Tupian) is a mythological creature in Brazilian mythology, and it is introduced in Solar Lunar Pentecost as the sequel for Assassin's Creed Unity and Rapunzel's Tangled Adventure.
The boid is introduced or mentioned in Historya Davvun, Seven Code Talkers, No Way to Seaway, Weather Dragons, Project Daejeon, Two Lights, Worldcraft, Equation, and Rescris.
Physical Appearance
The Boiuna is a nocturnal black snake had dark green skin, yellowish white underneath, two frills with red and black dots, blackish spots running over the back to tail, and stocky head, which is the most powerful creature of the rivers within the Amazon rainforest.
Ecology
It can take on various shapes in order to frighten away any fishermen that enter its territory. Some of the forms the Boiuna can take on are a canoe, a sailboat and a woman.
