||Hey everyone!! Here's the first part of this series!! I might or not make more of these, depends on what you guys think about it. Thank you to everyone who was open to share their own insecurities with me so I could put them in here (sorry if not all of them are here, I'll probably put them in the next part) also quick reminder that these are headcanons, my opinion on which character would like each one of those. But honestly we all know they'd love every part of you no matter what💜 My first plan was making one shots but it would take way too long to come out. I will be posting random one shots here in the future I guess. That's it for now, bye folks
HAIKYUU HEADCANONS: Haikyuu captains with a S/O who is chunky
DAICHI
- Lets just start with the fact that Daichi has THE BEST THIGHS
- Daichi would love to pull you close and feel your warmth as he hugs you
- His favorite thing would be when you wear form fitting clothing that show off your curves (but he’d be quick to get jealous if any other guy began to ogle you)
- He would constantly kiss the curves of your chest
- When you guys are sitting at home, kissing or something (eyebrow wiggle) he’d love when you sit on his lap. He loves how plush and soft you are.
- Whenever you begin to feel self-conscious about yourself, he has no problem snatching you into his arms and peppering you with kisses, whispering all of the things he loves about you.
- Cuddle sessions are the best. Although he does prefer being the big spoon (he loves holding you close with a large hand planted on you soft stomach) he really enjoys the times when you hold him, his face buried in your chest.
- Basically Daichi is super soft with you <3
Kuroo
- This man
- He absolutely loves your curves
- He loves when he hugs you and your warmth just envelopes him, along with your sweet perfume
- On days when he’s been stressed or he’s just really tired, he loves when you rest his head against your chest and lay there with him, listening to your heartbeat
- He is S O S O F T for those moments
- He loves going out and buying you clothes and lingerie, which you always question
- “You think I’d look good in this?”
- He always pulls you close, and whispers reassurances in your ear. “I think you’d look stunning”
- But he’d never force you to wear it if you didn’t feel comfortable.
- He loves bringing you to hang out with friends or to games, so he can show off how perfect you are.
- Whenever you both are cuddling, he loves to massage circles into your soft hips, or in your thighs, enjoying the softness and warmth of your skin
- Whenever you feel insecure, his first instinct is to yank you into a hug and pepper you with kisses, while he tells you how perfect you are to him.
- He would buy you lots of sweets and then sit there and feed you lovingly

BOKUTO
- Bokuto is a cinnamon bun. I love him
- He’s got muscles for days, he would straight pick you up and wrap your legs around your waist with ease, just so he could carry you around and continue to feel your warmth
- He would love taking you out to eat new foods with him, and would even pull a Kuroo and try to feed you
- He loves making you flustered, even when he doesn’t mean to, by picking you up and pushing you against the wall,and then kissing your face
- When you guys are hanging out, he loves laying his head in your lap and looking up at your face lovingly, admiring every single thing about it
- He always has a hand on your hips or thighs. They’re so soft, what can he do?
- He loves when you wear shorts, so you can show off your legs for him. But he doesn’t want you to wear them around other guys, because he doesn’t want them to ogle you
- Thigh highs kill him everytime
- If you are ever feeling self-conscious about your weight, and you go on a hunger strike, it will personally hurt him. He never wants to see you hurting.
- He’ll buy your favorite food, and ask that you eat. When you don’t, he’ll give you the Emo Bokuto pout until you either laugh or roll your eyes and eat. He’ll be super happy and give you a giant hug, breathing in your perfume.
- He’ll offer healthy recommendations for you if it makes you feel any better, but doesn’t mind eating junk either. He just loves you and wants you to be happy
OIKAWA
- Oikawa to me really seems like he could be the shallow type
- But in all honesty, from the second he saw you, he was intent on having you
- You were so soft looking, you instantly made his heart fill with warmth
- Whenever you finally started dating, the team immediately took a liking to you because of how much praise Oikawa sang for you
- He loves to give you soft kisses over all of the places you are self-conscious about
- He low-key just wants to spoil you 24/7, and will buy you fancy lingerie, expensive treats, and will always want to take you out for dates
- He loves when you lay down, because he immediately will lay between your legs, with his head on your stomach or chest. If he’s laying on your stomach, he’ll rub your thighs lovingly. If his head is on your chest, he’ll rub your sides softly and listen to your heartbeat
- If you ever feel really crappy about your body, he’ll show you the countless candids he’s taken of you, and point out every beautiful thing about them. By the end you'll be teary eyed and you’ll be reminded of why you love him so much
- He loves when you wear tight things, and doesn’t mind when you wear them around others because he knows that he can put off enough intimidation to scare any other guys away
- Low-key loves feeding you candy, so much to the point where you wont eat it in school because he insists on feeding it to you
USHIJIMA
- When you first met him, you didn’t notice the way his eyes raked over your body. His face remained stoic the entire time
- You had no idea he was a simp for you until one day you came to his practice to deliver a paper from the teacher, and it had just ended so he was all alone.
- He took the paper from you and his stare was so intense that your face was bright red. You thought it was because he was judging you, so you scoffed and looked at him
-”What,you’ve never seen curves before? You got a problem?” You asked aggressively.
- A brief look of shock goes over his face before he slowly shakes his head. “I was admiring how beautiful and soft you look” And that was the moment you began to simp for him too
- From then on out, you (albeit shyly) began going to his games and making an effort to speak a little more with him, still trying to read him
- Finally, you end up getting close enough and he asks you out. You accept, and then he truly begins to show you how much he loves you and your body
- He loves pulling a Bokuto and picking you up and resting you against the wall. He loves how flustered you get
- He will pull you down to the bed/sofa and force you to lay on top of him, no matter how heavy you think you are, so that he can enjoy your warmth and softness.
- He’s a B I G B O Y so he’ll always let you wear his jacket. It’s refreshing for him to see someone wear his jacket without completely being lost in it.
- He loves when you wear tight pants or thigh highs. It drives him crazy, and his normally stoic face will be replaced with a red one
- He loves rubbing his hands up and down your thighs slowly, enjoying how soft they are
- Whenever you feel bad about your body, he’s the first one to notice and immediately pick you up so he can shower you with whispered compliments and affection

Bokuto was the first to confess his feelings to you. He was flustered when saying it to you but managed to tell you. He wasn't expecting you to return the feelings but was overfilled with joy when you did.
Right after, Bokuto asked you a bunch of questions about your comfort zones and if you guys could hold hands, if he could hug you, if you guys could meet up every day; You could tell he was super excited about this whole dating stuff.
Bokuto loves you so much and you can totally see it in his actions and words. This man feels no embarrassment. He would go to a Walmart and shout how much he loves you if that helps get the message through.
Bokuto is kinda obsessed with you. Not the I want to be with you forever and ever kinda obsessed but more like a harmless parasite that follows you everywhere you go kinda obsessed.
Bokuto is the most caring and loving boyfriend you’ll ever have. He doesn't brag about you to his friends but rather, he talks to them about all your charming qualities (which is basically everything) and why he loves you so much.
He LOVES kissing you all over the face and giving you so much affection. He probably runs up to hug you every time he sees you and smothers you with love.

-I mean Bokutos overwhelming presence goes to a whole different level around his crush all you’re going to hear is HEY HEY HEYYY for days on end He’s determined to get you to love him the way he loves you and won’t stop at anything. Constantly calling you out and trying to find you around campus, if he couldn’t find you he would definitely start asking all your friends- telling them about his love quest
-He would 100% use all the cringey pick up lines that he and Kuroo could think of “SOMEBODY CALL THE COPS”
“Why Bokuto?”
“Because it’s illegal for you to look that good y/n”
“Riiight, thank you Bokuto”

-We all know this boy has no shame, he would constantly be bragging about his wins and amazing volleyball skills to try and impress you, hoping you would love it and it would make you dream about being with him like he imagined. The whole team would sit there grimacing at the pure cringe oozing from his declarations
-I feel like he would definitely try to make them some form of bento to win you over, with all your favourites, it would taste awful but he was so proud of his ‘creation’ that you ate it. Akaashi tried to teach him how to make ome properly but he insisted on doing it Bokuto Style of course
-He’s gonna beg you to go to a game of his, even if he literally had to drag you and glue you to the seat. I can also imagine him screaming your name and asking if you saw how call he was everytime he scored a point! You’d have to scold him later though because he caused everyone to stare at you in the in the crowd, which isn’t fun, he thought it would make you like him even more though
-Despite Akaashi telling him it’s super creepy, Bokuto would learn your complete school timetable, waiting outside at the end of all your lessons to walk you to your next or take you to lunch. He would sometimes even try to carry you to your next destination, believing you needed to rest.
-After a while, I can totally see Bokuto leaving you laods of cute messages and occasionally flowers and chocolates in your school locker.

-He would try his best to spend every second with you ,when he’s not at volleyball practice, because he read in a magazine that the more time you spend with someone, the higher likelihood of them wanting to see you more. This would include himself turning up at your house randomly and uninvited for fun (he had good intentions and brought some snacks), him constantly inviting you over and asking you to study with him; he was desperate for your attention and for you to fall for him.
-When it came to the end of all these shenanigans, he would decide to confess fully. Practically screaming about how much he loved and wanted you to be his girlfriend. Of course you would say yes, not letting all his silly antics go for nothing
