Genuinely funny that Zuko was supposed to have a granddaughter who showed up in Book 4 and who was supposed to be a love interest for Mako because this just tells you the standards Mako had lmao. Either the Avatar or the heiress of a huge company or the Princess of the Fire Nation (and one of his most popular ships is with the Earth King). No middle ground.

Bolin is no better. He went on a date with the Avatar once, them was briefly engaged to the Princess of the Northern Water Tribe —who's also the Avatar's cousin—, had a thing with a movie star and ended up dating a Beifong. Like lmao.

Anyway back to Zuko's granddaughter, it'd have been cool to have her in the show. What would've been cooler is if she kinda looked a bit like Azula and had the same VA as her the same way Iroh II had the same one as Zuko, but turned out she's actually pretty chill and that she gets along with her brother. The parallels lmao.

In TLOK I kinda wish they made mako and Korra besties and emphasized the friendships in the krew more. Like maybe mako acted as korras bodyguard during those 3 years or post s2 not in a rangi way tho. In a bestie way. And then bolin and asami became better friends and idk. I just wish the krew got more bonding stuff. I also just wish the krew besides korra got more characterization
