We started with black mozzaballs - essentially mozzarella encased in squid ink dinner roll dough, and then deep fried. Surprisingly, not that oily! You dip it into rosemary honey, which is delicious. J decided to try the bomba pizza, which is almost like a calzone except that instead of being folded over, they allow the yeasty dough to prove into a dome over the pizza topping. This creates a steamy surprise pizza once you cut the dome off! The pizza base is yeasty and soft, not too crusty and you can eat the dome too! We did not. I had the New York strip, which was tender if a little overdone, and nicely seasoned. Red meat is hard to come by in Korea!
