The BONE SCORPION.
Funny story behind this paint job. I had basecoated him in black with a new brand of black paint, but even after waiting a day or so it kept rubbing and smearing off. But then I noticed it actually created a really cool effect, so I just rubbed the paint off across the whole mini, then triple topcoated it
