What comes first? Three Cortizone injections and then bone on bone? I am anti-Cortizone as it creates more problems for me to fix and some I can’t. The medical processes for ligaments can be damaging and not very helpful. Orthoscopic knee surgery is actually helpful but you can prevent it before you get to that point. It’s mostly ligamentous tissue which is almost impossible to stretch. The function of the knee retinaculum depends on the cleanliness of these ligaments and tendons. Also, like a finally tailored suit, it doesn’t need to be distorted or displaced but cleaned and can take me up to an hour and a half to clean one knee entirely. Three hours for both knees. The time entails me removing One adhesion at a time and I’m used to seeing at least 300 adhesions. I can remove 100 adhesions per hour and there seems to be at least three layers fibers to work through. Once the hardshell adhesions have been removed, the perfect scenario is located underneath and should work properly. I can even create relief in knees that have been removed and replaced by cleaning the retinaculum before or after surgery. It’s important to know the adhesions found in the ligaments of the knee are harder than my hand and must be removed with a specialized hard tool or #adhesions will remain. Each adhesion slowly pushed into the bloodstream and creates some discomfort but there is no time like the present.
