The 6th part of Heroes Reborn Young Allies was published with a cover date of January 2000. The issue marked the first appearance of Counter-Earth characters Young Allies (Kid Colt, Toro, IQ, K, O, and Leland Walker (also his death). They were created by Fabian Nicieza and Mark Bagley. The issue also marked the last appearance of the Counter-Earth versions of S.H.I.E.L.D., World Party, Richard Barnes, and Peggy Carter.
