WRITTING CONTEST/GAME
Guys, I got myself into a writting contest shaped as a game from my country Spain. It is called The Last Writer Standing, there is 30 members, 4 rounds.
1st round we are 30 writters.
2nd round we are 15 writters.
3rd round we are 10 writters.
4th round we are 5 writters.
The first one gets the book published, the 2nd, and 3rd gets a discount on publushing services (since it is a pubblishing agency -so it offers services-, not a traditional book publishing House) and a free guidence for other book. Finnally the 4th is voted by public vote and if I remember well its only the free guidence.
The thing is the genre was unknown. Everything was unknown until I got in, and now the genre is Romance, and with every round anything can happes, such as "Your maing character has to die in this round". Each round has new instructions to follow. And by the last round we have to finish the novel.
Now I have a few options. I want to know how u feel about this.
Which topic should I choose ? Have in mind the book most likely will not be larger than 200 pages, said by game master. (im gonna still do whatever i want)
Pirate Romance, where the MFC needs to destroy Afrodite rock to escape her husba
Distopic romance, where loving is a crime. MFC bears gov mark but she remembers
Modern romance, new neighbour, they comunicate by letters at first.
Other (probably set on a subplot fantasy tho)
THE GENRE IS ROMANCE SO IF THE BIGGEST PLOT IS ROMANCE I CAN SET IT ON ANYTHING OR ADD SUBGENRES. THANKS.

Dynamo Verlag Book Prize
Dynamo Verlag, a boutique publisher of poetry and fiction, has extended the deadline of our 2022-2023 Book Contest, open to full-length manuscripts of poetry or fiction. Our previous, inaugural contest went swimmingly, and from a very competitive field we selected Jess Parker's STAR THINGS, a brilliant, cosmically-minded and tightly-themed collection of poetry.
The winner will be selected by the Dynamo Verlag editors, and will receive a $500 advance against royalties, in addition to professional design, copyediting, and publicity services provided by Dynamo Verlag valued at an estimated $3,000.
