Tonight I found myself wanting to make jewelry but didn't have a plan. I started leafing through books and decided to tackle "textured ring with borders" from the book Soldering Made Simple by Joe Silvara. I took raw materials like the silver sheet and wire in 2nd pic to make a new ring for myself. This is for me, and NFS, but I'm hoping I can use the ideas I learned from this project to create more rings with my own interpretations and ideas. All in all, it was a good use of my time this evening.
