The amount of synchronicity in my life right now is starting to freak me out.
.
If you’re not familiar with synchronicity it’s a concept introduced by Carl Jung, that events are “meaningful coincidences.” I’ve heard about synchronicity before, but actually it was a focus of my #theartistsway reading last week. That if you truly open yourself up to receiving, the universe will give. 
.
Example one - Writing a book and putting together a proposal. I not only thought about it all weekend, but I wrote about it here yesterday. Then today I happen to go back through an HR email from last Monday and at the verrrrrry bottom I see this workshop. I had goose bumps.
.
Similarly as you all know I’ve been diving deep into grief work and grief support. Well in a roundabout way I connected with a grief non-profit last week. After attending a webinar, I filled out the volunteer form in their website, had a meeting with the founder, and already am working on supporting their communication and outreach efforts. Where one of the focus areas has been bereavement policies for students. 
.
Meanwhile this week I have a staff member who just lost her mom and I spent most of yesterday navigating university business on her behalf - from getting IT to give me editor access to her calendar to move meetings as well as have IT put up an out of office reply on her e-mail. I did a number of other things on her behalf and when I heard from her via text yesterday evening I was able to assure her everything work wise is handled and she has 10 days of bereavement leave she can take and not to think about work until then. 
.
My soul is on fire right now, in the best way possible. I feel like I am really stepping into my purpose on multiple levels.

Okay, not really, but I got your attention. I did however have a💡moment this weekend.
.
Being a writer is more than WRITING. In fact I’ve already written 5️⃣ books.
.
Well the content for each book as a blogger the last 14 years.
.
On Friday night I a made tabbed spreadsheet for each of my blogger blogs and Measuring Me posts. Then based on the blog I logged each post, sorted by date title and a one or two word theme about the post - 408 posts in total.
.
Saturday my subconscious woke up early and I drafted the themes of each of the 5 books.
.
1. Studying Abroad in Alabama - my summer internship blog and some of my full time years living there that I blogged. I see this one fictionalized, but semi-autobiographical. 
.
2. My Quarter-Life Catharsis. A combo of my blog with that name with 265 posts and my short-lived first job blog, along with some of my Measuring Life Tumblr posts (I have 3,000 tumblr posts which are all tagged but need to be logged still). This could be fictionalized based on my life or a memoir of sorts. 
.
3. TBD title, something like Gaining Grit through Grief. About my childhood trauma, becoming adult struggles and finding recovery - from most of my most recent writings for Measuring Me writing, but some others sprinkled in. This would likely a collection of essays. 4. TBD title Thriving in my 30s - part guide part autobiographical about finding/creating myself, weight loss, career, side hustles, love, finances, goal setting, fitness.
.
5. Measuring Life this is the penultimate, the one I actually have the least clear vision for at the moment. I also see a mix of fiction, memoir, guide, essays. So I don’t want to lock in either. I could see it be in part about the process to get where I am.
.
Very excited to tackle organizing, editing, story boarding, and figuring out the book proposal process. If anyone had any insights I’ll gladly take it!
