Accountability post! . I’m here, just have been quiet on this page. But I have been doing my monthly measurements, weighing in regularly, continuing to work out with my trainer and exercise just less. But it’s tough to see the numbers following being in the best shape of my life for my wedding. My current numbers are fine, back to my current “happy baseline” but I want to be in regularly in the 160s and continue to build muscle. . I have no regrets about a lax start to the year, I really needed some time to reset after the hours (and years) I gave to wedding planning coupled the depths of winter and Omicron. . I’m glad March is here, I feel the renewal of spring in the air. Today is also the first day of a Lent which is a good time to reset, so I’m taking full advantage to build momentum. I’m giving up: . ⏰ Snoozing my Alarm 🍦Whipped Cream and Crystal Light . I feel like I’ve had too much of these 3 things over the past 2 months and my best way to reset is to abstain for a while. . In the past during Lent I also have been known to add good habits into my life during these 40 days. So I want to post here daily for the next 40 days.
