Just crack one open and look down.👌 Here I am, trying to step through my attempt at a physical manifestation of a book portal XD - - CURSED is our November @booksplosion book of the month! Out liveshow is this Sunday Dec. 8th at 7pm ET. I'm listening to audio book as we speak! (narrated by Katherine Langford who will be starting in the Netflix series) It's a fantasy adventure set in a King Arthur/Merlin Knights of the round table setting with Fae, Druids, Paladins, and Kings. - - A CURSE SO DARK AND LONELY is our December book of the month! It's a Beauty and The Beast retelling that I've been hearing fabulous things about all year long! The sequel is A HEART SO FIERCE AND BROKEN comes out in January. - - And REVERIE is our January book of the month!! I'm so excited about this one. It's pitched as Inception meets the Magicians. It sounds so up my alley oh my goodness. Scandal, mystery, sorcery, romance. Thus far in 2019, I’ve had some new additions to what I call my Ohana.

Ohana means family and family means nobody gets left behind or forgotten, and this is what I call my family outside of my family. This is basically the irl people in my life who I love and mean something to me and inspire me and motivate me.

I wrote a letter to Ashton on my Wattpad about the Ohana. Its in my second letter book titled “Diary of a LOSER” and it is called Ohana.

UM, but that was the Ohana going into 2019. They’re strong and powerful and I love them all so much.

I didn’t honestly think it could grow, but it has and I’m just fuzzy thinking about all the additions!!

Happy Sunday, everyone! 🌞 ✨ Updated #sundayshelfie time! And there’s a reason for why I set it out this way. I suck at storytelling so bear with me guys 🙈 • So every time one someone comes to my house and sees my shelf, the first (and most commonly asked) question to pop out of their mouth is, “Shaira, have you read all the books on your shelf?” • My face heats up out of embarrassment as I reply, “No, I haven’t, not yet.” • They follow up with another question, “So which ones HAVE you read then?” • I sigh.
