Went back with my psychiatrist after almost a year without going (I was feeling ok and fucking lazy and busy to make an appointment) she put me back into my pills, starting with low doses that have almost no effect and I’m about to get crazy.... I’m stressing out with exams and this ducking spring started to affect already, mood swings are getting notorious and annoying! I wake up feeling like crying, then I feel normal until someone talks to me and it makes me get annoyed with no reason apparently.... holy shit 🤦🏾‍♂️
