To me, this is the easiest part of cc making and my second favorite to texturing. This tutorial will teach you the basics of modeling in 3d.
Learning How To Setup You Interface
It really helps to know the interface in Blender when you’re modeling. This will teach you how setup everything you need to avoid the minor hassles and make your life easier when all you want to do is make a mesh.
This is one of my OCs Celena. She was originally made for a uni assignment which was a plan for a hypothetical 2D platformer game.
We never really covered anything 2D in my degree, So I followed a Godot tutorial that at the time hadn't been finished, but now has so I'm now finishing that off. It's the BornCG 2D platformer one if anyone else is looking for a good tutorial, I highly recommend it.
The first image is the new drawing I did today to use on the menu screen and the second one is the original idle frame from a year or so ago. I'm undecided on whether or not to redraw the assets I've already made or not yet.
