So today is almost a week and half since we took the bottle away from our little one. Cold turkey was our only option because weaning just wasn’t working. Today marks officially one week since we took our little ones bottles away. Apparently with it we also took away her milk as she refuses to drink from anything but. Day 8 of no mid day bottles. Her second nap has been the most challenging but we’ve pushed through. I’m really proud of my little girl.

Unfortunately the middle of the night bottle made a return. I think we need better night time diapers. The target ones don’t leak. But idk if they are keeping her dry.

Night 2 of bottle weaning was not a success. Thank you @living-life-laura for the suggestion of the soft spout sippy cup. S seemed more interested in the new cup but still was against it. She did drink a bit out of it. I caved after an hour and gave her a bottle at bed but at nap time she fell asleep without it. There is always tomorrow!!!

Around March 4th I will be weaning Beau from the bottle! I can't wait till it's out of our lives!!!

Day 3 without the bottle and I haven't caved. However, it's harder to get him to nap without it. Cons my friends. Cons.

I threw out all Archer's bottles. It's time. I did this yesterday, and he hasn't really asked for one at all...even at night time. I'm shocked.

I'll likely be unsuccessful. He's walking around shouting for a baba right now.
