Bottling day for the Lemon Coriander Gose! Coming in at a solid 6.8% a quick taste reveals it to be dry with notes of lemon citrus, coriander, and a hint of salt. Bottle day! At least for the Ben Franklin Spruce. It finished fermentation over the last week. Coming in at a sessionable 4.1% a quick taste reveals heavy spruce (no surprise) & pine (pale ale level), and a mild dry sweetness. With the dark mahogany color it is reminiscent of a black IPA.
