OK, you literally asked for all of them, so... all of them.
how did they first kiss? claire was tipsy after a bad date. zara drove her home. think imagine me and you almost kiss, except actual kiss.
who flirts more? zara. claire tries to stay “professional” but she blushes too hard
how did the relationship start? claire got another promotion and zara decided she wanted something more in life than to be an assistant. that something was essentially claire, and a doctorate. because their relationship wasn’t inappropriate anymore, they decided to make it official.
how did they start living together? do they move? how do they choose the place? claire always joked about she depended on zara to even be alive, and after they started dating for a while, they just ended up moving in together.
do they have roommates? nope.
do they get married (or equivalent)? nope.
do they have kids? no. in claire’s words, there was no “when.”
do they have pets? they occasionally foster baby dinosaurs too young for the petting zoo, but it’s difficult to keep pets on isla nublar.
do they act different in public and at home? yessss. in public they are professional af, at least when people are around and they’re not just hanging out at a bar or something. at home they are cuddly.

what are little gestures they do for each other? zara is always really considerate of whatever claire needs, and makes sure to try and take the stress off of work from her. claire is super supportive of everything zara wants to do and is generally very affectionate

do they feel they see each other enough, or do they have activities that take too much of their time? they don’t see each other enough tbh
do they friend/follow each other on facebook/tumblr/livejournal/skype/etc? yesssss, and zara posts about claire allll the time. they’re friends on skype so they can talk when zara isn’t on isla nublar :p
(added) morning routine? zara wakes up, chats with her parents for an hour or so in the kitchen and prepares breakfast. claire wakes up, takes a shower, and they eat breakfast. then zara helps claire straighten her hair.
how do they make up after a fight? when it’s claire’s fault, so she does something really cheesy to make up for it. zara’s pretty stubborn, but she misses claire after a while and always apologizes after a day or so.
