WHY DON'T THEY HAVE A BOUND SHIELD IN THE BASE GAME?
"I love bound weapons, but some NPCs frustrate me when they aren’t as excited about them. The Companions consider them magic, so I have to switch to fists or my pickaxe when I fight Vilkas, and mage challengers think they’re solid weapons and complain that I’m not using magic. Buggers."
