Bowletta is the combined form of Bowser and the spirit of the witch Cackletta, who possesses him during the events of Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. After being repeatedly bested by Mario and Luigi, Cackletta's spirit finds Bowser's unconscious body and is able to possess him, and she uses it to continue fighting the duo. She's able to use a combination of her own natural powers and Bowser's while in this form, and when it seems defeat is at hand, she ends up swallowing them instead. Of course, they simply do battle with her spirit inside Bowser and defeat her for good, but wow!

As Cackletta was known to be a very sadistic, arrogant, and selfish witch, it can be assumed she retains that personality as Bowletta. Though she does seem to have a small amount of compassion for her minion, Fawful. Unfortunately, she's quite gullible and easily tricked.
